1. Who may use BookMyDM.io
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report unauthorized use. One person may not operate deceptive, automated, or impersonating accounts.
2. What BookMyDM.io provides
BookMyDM.io is a private-link marketplace for paid human conversations and custom creator services. Creators are independent providers, not employees or agents of BookMyDM.io. We verify creator access, provide payment and credit infrastructure, and operate reporting and dispute tools; we do not guarantee a particular opinion, business result, income, or outcome.
3. Credits and paid messages
Credit bundles are shown with their price before checkout. Credits have no cash value, may not be transferred outside the platform, and may be used only for eligible BookMyDM.io services. Starting a paid conversation and later paid turns may have different prices. Up to two additional context messages may be free while an unanswered paid turn is open; they are for clarification, not separate unpaid requests.
When a creator does not answer an open paid turn within the displayed 48-hour window, the charged credits are returned automatically. More rules appear in the Credit & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Custom offers
A custom offer must describe its deliverable, credit price, and expected delivery time. Accepting it authorizes the displayed credit charge. Creators must deliver substantially what was promised. Customers may report non-delivery or material mismatch; BookMyDM.io may review relevant messages and files, request evidence, restore credits, restrict an account, or take other proportionate action.
5. Human-answer promise
Creators may use ordinary production tools, but they may not pass off automated or AI-generated replies as their own personal answer. Suspected impersonation or undisclosed automation may be reported and investigated. No detection system is perfect, so this promise is enforced through verification, evidence review, and account action—not an absolute technical guarantee.
6. Acceptable use and permitted content
BookMyDM.io is exclusively for professional services, business guidance, and legitimate expertise—such as consulting, marketing, career, design, operations, and comparable professional fields. To protect clients and creators, the following are strictly prohibited: financial content including trading, investment or securities advice, trading signals, and cryptocurrency or other digital-asset promotion; and any adult, sexually explicit, or 18+ content.
You may not use BookMyDM.io for fraud, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, unlawful goods or services, malware, credential theft, spam, evasion of platform protections, infringement, or instructions that create an unreasonable risk of harm. You may not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, private messages, files, payment systems, or administrative functions.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give BookMyDM.io a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service or resolve a case. You must have the rights needed to upload it. BookMyDM.io's software, branding, and original materials remain ours.
8. Fees and creators
The currently advertised creator share is 80% of eligible earnings, before any taxes, chargebacks, refunds, or adjustments described during creator onboarding. Creator payout and tax processes will be governed by separate creator terms before real payouts are enabled.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, law, repeated disputes, or breach of these Terms. We may preserve evidence and transaction records as legally required. You may request account closure through Support.
We carefully verify every creator before accepting them, because we are building a safe space that both clients and creators can trust. Any creator who violates our content rules—including the prohibited-content categories in Section 6—will be banned immediately and will not be paid for the work in question, and affected members will receive refunds of the associated credits.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent allowed, BookMyDM.io is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, creator advice relied upon as professional advice, or losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Any monetary cap will not be lower than the amount the law requires.
11. Consumer rights and disputes
Mandatory rights in your country or state continue to apply. EU/EEA consumers receive required pre-contract information and any applicable withdrawal rights. If you expressly request immediate digital performance, those rights may change only as permitted by law and after the required acknowledgment. Start with Support so we can investigate and preserve evidence. These Terms do not prevent complaints to a consumer, privacy, or other competent authority.
12. Changes
Material changes will be communicated through the service and, where required, require renewed acceptance. The version and effective date above identify the agreement accepted at registration.
