Credit bundles
The checkout page shows the number of credits, total price, currency, and payment obligation before purchase. Credits are platform value for eligible BookMyDM.io services, are not bank deposits or cryptocurrency, cannot be transferred outside BookMyDM.io, and do not expire while the account remains available.
48-hour reply protection
When a paid chat turn remains unanswered for 48 hours, the system returns those charged credits to the customer balance. The creator receives no earning for that turn. The balance and ledger update provide confirmation.
Custom work and disputes
If a promised custom deliverable is not provided or is materially different from the accepted offer, report the relevant message or open a support ticket. BookMyDM.io may ask both parties for evidence, review conversation and delivery records, and decide whether to restore all or part of the credits. Abusive or fraudulent claims may lead to account restrictions.
Cash refunds
Restoring credits is not always the same as reversing the original card payment. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, technical failures, and rights required by applicable law may qualify for a payment-method refund after verification. Approved card refunds are returned through the original payment provider and timing depends on that provider and bank.
EU/EEA withdrawal rights
EU/EEA consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Before immediate delivery or use of digital credits/services, BookMyDM.io must collect any legally required express request and acknowledgment. Any loss of withdrawal rights applies only where the legal requirements are satisfied. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services remain unaffected.
How to request help
Open the relevant message's Report menu for content or delivery issues, or submit an authenticated Support ticket for payments. Include the purchase or conversation, what was promised, what occurred, and useful evidence. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us can delay investigation, but do not remove rights provided by law.
